Shipping policy

Orders placed with standard shipping (USPS First Class) usually arrive within 4-5 business days.

Orders placed with expedited shipping (USPS Priority) usually arrive within 2 business days if placed before 10am PST.

Orders placed with bulk shipping options (USPS) usually arrive within 4-5 business days.

Some items are eligible for FREE SHIPPING: Kind Impact donations and orders of 1-2 carry bags will ship free.

*Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. However, some of our recent customers are experiencing delays and package tracking issues with the USPS. If your tracking information is not updating, your package is most likely in transit but has not been scanned by the USPS. In these instances we are finding that the packages may be delayed but they are being delivered. While we cannot accept responsibility for delays within the USPS, we greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.*

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as all U.S. Territories serviced by the USPS as Domestic mail items. We cannot ship internationally due to regulatory requirements, but plan to offer that option in the future!

If, for whatever reason, there's an issue with your delivery, please contact us within seven (7) days from your original purchase date.

**Once orders ship, package tracking is sent to the e-mail you entered during checkout. Please monitor your deliveries closely. As a small company, we do not have the wherewithal to replace stolen packages and will not be accepting responsibility for any instances of theft.**
